The methods used are a qualitative approach with case studies of several agricultural cooperatives that have adopted digital technology. Data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Research results show that the adoption of digital innovation, particularly Internet of Things (IoT) technology and management applications, significantly increases operational efficiency, productivity, and member satisfaction in cooperatives. These findings confirm that digital innovation is a key factor in enhancing the competitive power of agricultural cooperatives. The conclusion of the study is that to maximize the benefits of technology, cooperatives need to allocate more resources for digital training and infrastructure development. Using a qualitative approach, data were obtained through interviews, questionnaires, and observations involving administrators, employees, and members of cooperatives in the village. The results show that cooperatives play an important role in providing access to finance, though they are constrained by low financial literacy and technological limitations. Employees feel satisfied with the social impact of their work, but they also express the need for improved technical training. Field observations highlight the use of manual recording, which requires digitalization to increase operational efficiency. This research supports previous findings that cooperatives can enhance socio-economic welfare in rural areas. The decentralized and secure nature of blockchain technology provides a powerful solution to enhance trust and ensure the verification of financial transactions in cooperatives. Using a qualitative case study approach, data is collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis on several cooperatives that have adopted or considered adopting blockchain. Findings show that blockchain enables real-time transaction recording that is durable and resistant to manipulation, making it accessible to all members and thereby significantly increasing transparency and accountability in cooperative management. However, challenges related to technology literacy and the costs of initial implementation still exist. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of blockchain applications in financial management for cooperatives and provides practical insights for cooperative managers and policymakers. The research emphasizes the importance of technology education for cooperative members to support effective blockchain adoption. Agricultural cooperatives encounter challenges in addressing the increasingly complex needs of their members, which range from access to information to efficiency in operational processes. This study aims to assess the impact of digitalization on the operational efficiency and service quality of cooperatives, as well as to identify the supporting factors that contribute to successfully implementing digitalization. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing case studies through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis across several agricultural cooperatives that have integrated digital technology. The study's findings indicate that digitalization allows cooperatives to boost operational efficiency through process automation, quicker access to information, and enhanced transparency. Key supporting factors include technological infrastructure, management involvement, digital literacy training, and external assistance from government and private institutions. Despite facing challenges such as limited infrastructure and members' digital literacy, overall digitalization demonstrates significant benefits for agricultural cooperatives. However, the limitations in access to source power, technology, and knowledge often become a challenge for cooperatives in applying practice sustainability. Research This aims To analyze the impact of implementation practice sustainability on the performance of social and environmental cooperative production in the region. With a qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews and participatory observations involving various cooperatives in Southeast Asian countries. The data were then analyzed using an analytical method. thematic For identifying patterns in practice sustainability. Research results show that the practice of sustainability implemented by cooperatives contributes significantly to subtraction impacts on the environment, such as a decline in carbon emission through energy use and improved welfare member cooperatives. In addition, research identifies several main challenges, including insufficient funding and inadequate government support. However, cooperatives committed to sustainability demonstrate more performance in matters of social welfare and environmental impact.
